Ladies and Gentlemen as we begin August 1st with the relaunch of my blogging habit under the new name "The Rainbow Soul Journal" I offer this first of what will surely be many CLASSIC SOUL songs featured here.
For those of you who are friends of mine on Facebook or who are members of THE SOUL MUSIC APPRECIATION SOCIETY on Facebook then you know I pay tribute to the original soul music legends on their birthdays and on the anniversaries of their death.
Today, July 31 there are no birthdays or deaths of note. So I share this rare song from the late Marvin Gaye and the late Tammi Terrell, "The Onion Song". Enjoy!
